Small - Standard 3 in. loop (7.62 cm) in black
Medium - 4.5 in. loop (11.43 cm) in black, red discontinued
Large - 6 in. loop (15.24 cm) in brown multi
They come with metal loop protectors that fit under the speed bag loop.
Made from paracord! It shortens the action of the swivel by decreasing the distance from the drum to the ball.
(Small/Standard hook is 1" long after installation.)

Having different length choices has certainly helped me with my training. I can slow the ball down to practice. It even lowers the ball ever so slightly so I don't have to adjust my board height as much. That helps with the shoulder injury.
The Thrashers are the only guys that I can find that do this.
